Welcome to the Real Estate Learning Center
Presented by: The Law Offices of James M. Miner
Thanks for visiting our Real Estate Learning Center. This site is here to
help familiarize you with the process of buying or selling a home. We'd
like to help remove some of the mystery, and the stress, from the process.
Be sure to check out the articles on the right and the mortgage calculator.
And, since you may soon be choosing a real estate attorney, I'd like to
tell you a few things about how we handle our real estate files:
* As you might already know, your contract is not binding until the attorney
review process is concluded. This means that you could lose the house to
a higher offer, even after the seller has signed a contract with you. In
our office, we work to get your file through the attorney review process
as quickly as possible. Our practice is concentrated in real estate transactions
and your file will never have to wait for an attorney to get back from court.
* When we represent you in your real estate transaction, our goal is to
get you into the house you want, on the terms and conditions you agreed
to. In short, our goal is NO SURPRISES at closing.
* Do you need a Seller concession to help with your closing costs? Do you
want to avoid paying private mortgage insurance (PMI) on your loan? If so,
we can help structure the deal to suit your needs.
* We have closing facilities available in Union, Essex, Bergen, Middlesex,
Morris and Somerset counties. If you are buying anywhere in Central or Northern
New Jersey, we can help you.
Thanks again for visiting this site. Please call if you have any questions
or if you would like further information.
